Important Dates to Remember
Tuition is based on a school year of dance, August -May and includes all holidays. Each student will receive 34 classes, plus rehearsals, performances and opportunities to serve in the community.
We do not Pro rate for missed classes, since you are holding a valuable spot,
PAY THE YEAR IN FULL and receive a free month or break it down payable in nine equal payments due by the 15th of each month beginning August 15th.
A late fee of $10.00 will be added to your account if not paid by the 25th of the month.
We do not send monthly invoices/statements. You will receive a statement only if your account is past due. Any account that becomes 30 days past due will be notified by email or phone call. In the event an account becomes 60 days past due, the past due balance will charged to the credit card provided upon enrollment.
We encourage you to set up an automatic monthly draft with a credit or debit card, please go to our website and follow instructions. We offer a 10% discount to all active duty military families for monthly tuition payments.
We cannot combine discounts.
IN ADDITION TO TUITION, students will need to purchase proper dancewear and shoes, pay registration fee, recital costume and recital fees. We have dancewear in our store...
ABSENCES / MAKE-UP CLASSES
Attendance is imperative! Give us advance notice by phone for an absence or tardy, so we can be prepared in class. Absences and tardiness can have a negative effect on the entire class. Classes missed for sickness, personal vacation, etc. may be made up in an age appropriate class within 30 days of the absence. It is the responsibility of the parent to notify the front desk 24 hours prior to a makeup class. Advance notice is required to allow our staff to find the correct make-up class for your student.
WEEKLY DANCE/GYM ATTIRE
It’s important for students abide by a dress code policy for the following reasons: A neat and tidy appearance sets an attitude of attentiveness and respect for students, instructors, and the art of dance and gymnastics. Instructors must be able to see the student's torso and hips clearly in order to make proper corrections on posture/alignment.
Hair must be properly secured and tied up off of the face and neck.
No jewelry. NO BARE midriffs.
Gum chewing is not allowed due to danger of choking and appearance.
No loose fitting pants, blue jeans or t-shirts (they are not dance attire).
We carry a full line of dance shoes, gymnastics & dance leotards.
We offer dance STARTER kits.
They contain all the required items for classes and save you $15-$20
We will follow closing decisions determined by the Sumter School District. We do not makeup classes.
OBSERVANCE (Parent Viewing Days) Observing will be allowed during the first FULL WEEK OF CLASSES of November and March These are the only dates for class observance, unless prearranged by the Director.
DANCE COSTUMES/ GYMNASTICS
Payment for dance recital costumes & gymnastics expo outfits are due on or before November 1st . Any orders placed after Thanksgiving break will incur an express production charge of $15.00. We order costumes & attire during the holiday break. Costume companies can take up to 12-16 weeks to ship orders. We pass the savings on to you becuase we receive an bird discount for ordering before December.

ANNUAL RECITAL FEE
The annual PERFORMANCE FEE is $30 per student/$10 additional child in family and helps cover the cost of rental facilities, trophies, gifts, advertising, printing costs and keeping our students safe during each performance. Each student receives a participation trophy and 6 free tickets to our May recitals.
Additional tickets may be purchased for $5.00.
The annual RECITAL FEE will be DUE FEBRUARY 15TH, 2018
We love to entertain and we offer to perform at many community events. In order to participate at any performance your account must reflect a zero balance unless payment arrangements have been arranged.
All Group dance, gymnastics, Acro Dance pictures are scheduled for March 26th-29th at DDAA . Individual picture packets are available.
ALL of our Spring recitals in May 2018 at Patriot Hall.
SPRING GYMNASTICS/ACRO RECITAL IS FIRST SATURDAY IN MAY 2018.
SPRING DANCE RECITALS IS SECOND SATURDAY IN MAY 2018.
Audience members exclaim that they leave with hope and inspiration for the summer. Recital tickets will be available the end of April after accounts are zeroed out. 6 tickets will be set aside per student. Additional tickets can be purchased for $5.00 from the front office or at the box office of Patriot Hall - 1hour prior to showtime.
Each student will receive one participation dance recital trophy and/or gymnastics medal. Please contact the front desk if it is your 5th, 10th, or 15th year of dance or gymnastics. Special trophies will be awarded for these accomplishments. We honor the previous years attended at other studios. Perfect Attendance Certificates will be awarded for those students achieving 100% perfect attendance. Please understand that we cannot make exceptions.
