CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Tiny Ballet - This 30 minute intro to ballet for 2 year olds will delight your tiny dancer. We incorporate story time, dress up, make believe to excite any future ballerina. Special pricing...$30 per month.
PreDance Combo - We consider PreDance all Tap and Ballet Combination classes for 3 and 4 year olds. We explore ballet positions and terminology and introduce tap sounds and rhythms. Most of all we invite children to be creative in their movements with a host of songs to spark their imaginations. Our teachers have many years of experience with preschoolers and use this expertise to bring out your child's true talent. Grouped by age and experience.
Combo classes 5-7- Tap and Jazz, Tap and Ballet, Tap and Hip Hop, Cheer Pom/Tumbling
Tumbling - Have a future cheerleader on your hands. This class is for her. It is also great for fitness, strength and conditioning. Lots of physical fitness while we master floor skills in gymnastics.
Gymnastics- Bigger is not always better. We feel that we offer the finest gymnastics instruction in bars, beam, vault and floor in an intimate setting. Classes are small and every teacher is a former competitive gymnasts or experienced team coach. National award winning staff. Don't let our size fool you!
Ballet - 7 and up - Grace and Balance can sum it up best. No serious performer or dancer should be without the foundation of dance. It makes all other dance forms look better! We have required leotards and pink tights for class. Buns are required to participate in class. Ballet and Pointe Shoes will be fitted in August. Grouped by age and experience.
Jazz - 7 and up - Based on the jazz techniques from New York and LA, we introduce your child to an fun world of cool moves and turns and leaps. This is a favorite and requires coordination and flexibility that we develop through warmup and center floor exercises. Grouped by age and experience.
Tap - 7 and up - Rhythm, Sound, Stomp, Clap, and Shuffle off to Buffalo. We explore all tap from the original masters to the hip new hoofers, as in Mumbles from Happy Feet. (Otherwise known as Savion Glover) We require tan tap shoes for our dancers. Grouped by age and experience.
Hip Hop 7 and up - Christian artist are a mainstay in this class. Our focus is on Praise. Everyone wants to "Jump up, Jump up and Get down". Join a class today to see what the newest dance craze is in the USA. It is for everyone with experience or not. Comfortable clothing and tennis shoes is all you need.
SONDANCE Lyrical 7 and up- is liturgical ballet without all of the structure. We encourage students to be expressive and relate to the words in the contemporary christian music that we use. This company is often asked to perform at area churches and events.
BOYS CLUB -5 and up- is hip hop for only boys. We incorporate gymnastics for athletics and strength. Focus and desire to dance are the requirements to give them the best experience possible.
ADULT TAP- Older teens and adults with or without tap experience. This 30 minute class will give you all the tappin, rhythm, and fun you can handle. Join us for tappin' and fellowship. In 2011, we were the "hit" of the recital. Special pricing...$30 per month.
ZUMBA FITNESS- Older teens and adults with or without dance or aerobic experience. Ditch the party, join the workout! We move for an hour and burn between 500 and 1000 calories per class. www.zumba.com for more info. Special pricing...$5.00 per class
